Use the Pomodoro technique to take breaks (45 minutes is my recommendation). If you sit still for two hours your metabolism goes into sleep mode so you’re more likely to gain weight. During your break do something aerobic like the bicycle exercise. I’ve tried it, it works, and I should do it again.
Although at the moment I’ve been more of a workaholic… which as I understand it - it can be unproductive to work too many hours.
I find that productivity behaves like confidence. Fake it 'til you make it.
Stop doing a lot of other stuff. Do the stuff you need done instead.

Exercise (and sleep!) are a must - without adequate amounts you are basically killing yourself slowly.
