Questions to ask during an informational interview?

Hey Rubyists, I have an informational interview on Tuesday.

It’s with the Director of IT at a financial institution here in NYC. I’ve been told the project involves some DevOps work, implementation of new solutions and updating internal systems.

I’m trying to learn as much as possible about the company, and also prepare some questions to ask the Director. What questions would you suggest I should ask? Basically, how can I impress this guy?

Sorry I know it’s a bit late - but the best way to impress a company is to be genuinely interested in what they do and hopefully sharing their goals and ideals. It also helps if you can build a rapport with them - companies generally employ people (rather than a list of skills).
