I am in search of a library in Ruby which can help me to handle Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text conversion. I go through many documents, Gems and link and looks like nothing is properly working in Ubuntu 14.04. Any Idea which we can use easily?
I also found that there are lots of possibilities with Python to do so. Should I move to Python? Please suggest.
