This article has announced [“Adding end-to-end encrypted messaging to your app just got a lot easier”](http://techcrunch.com/2016/05/03/adding-end-to-end-encrypted-messaging-to-your-app-just-got-a-lot-easier/) showing a JavaScript user side encryption you can add with Twilio.

I just looked into it and Signal has a [JavaScript desktop app](https://github.com/WhisperSystems/Signal-Desktop) they’re building for the Chrome store and as it’s JavaScript I’m sure this can be integrated into our own sites for end to end message encryption and integration with the [Signal messenger https://whispersystems.org/](https://whispersystems.org/).

Any thoughts or additions to these you may have are appreciated!
